Has anyone else booked a holiday with Travelscope? I am having trouble in obtaining a refund, especially on my insurance.

I use a few of the benefits.

I have recently renewed my home insurance and have taken out the annual travel insurance policy with winter sports through Candis for the last few years. I found the levels of cover were very good for the price. I have also used the airport parking a few times and used the flowers by post benefit - which not only give great value with the discount but the flowers were sent with free chocolates too. My mum was delighted with them and the flowers lasted for ages. Unlike the chocolates, which didn't last the day!

I managed to save £96 last year on my home insurance (contents and buildings). I am looking to renew in April and I will be checking Candis are still competitive. ( I will use the £30 cash back if I find a better quote).

Has anyone else come to renew their policy yet?

No hassle at all when claiming back cost of a holiday I was forced to cancel at the very last minute (airport) when a close relative died on day of departure. Candis Travel Ins was very sympathetic and paid up almost immediately.

Just like to say I think the extra 8 pages rally adds value To Candis. It's good that they are now covering different topics. I particularly like the book reviews and have noted the comments from other members on the forum.

What do you think of the extra pages?
