One consequence is that many less able children 'make it' as a result of 'middle class activist parents' (my quotes) rather than the 'gifted but deprived' children whose potential is not realised because of indifferent & dodgy parenting. ('The tragedy of the working class is the poverty of their ideals': Karl Marx - ish!)

Nothing new here then; the hymn words 'Strength aiding still the strong' resound!

Is not greed (for material goods, kudos, power etc) going to *censored* the natural world and instigate wars?

Who will begin the downsizing - in lots of areas - that we all need to do if our grandchildren are to have any meaningful peace, contentment & joy?

Go M.A.D. ie Make a Difference?
